As a true cloud-based provider of online training courses, we offer our courses through our hosted platform that can be customized and dedicated to your organizational needs. We offer onboard training through several pathways, such as, encrypted USBs that can be shared across your crew, or downloaded encrypted content hosted on dedicated PCs or licensed across individual seafarer’s personal devices.

Already have an internally developed Competency Management System (CMS)? Feel stuck with your training provider because you will need a CMS? Mariner Skills’ Learning Management System (LMS) and Competency Management Systems (CMS) are designed to help bridge your transition from your current provider. Our LMS is also integrated with Content Authoring and Management System (CAMS) that will allow courses you have internally developed to be hosted and included in your training offerings. As the maritime training market has undergone consolidation and large capital is being spent to convert 20th century training courses into cloud-based courses, Mariner Skills is pleased to offer our content-rich, media-rich holistic training offerings to help bridge the gap between “check-in-the-box” training courses and training courses geared to improve knowledge, safety and efficiency of your crew and organization.
