Mariner Skills is an American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) approved training organization. We are approved by the USCG as an online and blended training organization.
We offer STCW Courses which are US Coast Guard approved. All of our courses are offered online, including the final exam/assessment for successful course completion. As an IMO white-listed flag state the USCG-approved courses are accepted internationally by over 170+ IMO white-listed Flag State for endorsements. Through our relationships with flag state administrators and local training partners, Mariner Skills will assist candidates who take our courses to obtain endorsements from the following flag states:
